A certain amount of nervousness or anxiety is a natural part of life, but if your anxiety symptoms begin to dominate your life, you may need to find a therapy for treatment of them. Most people worry and are nervous or scared when looking at a situation that causes stress. It is understood to be our body’s normal response when it feels pressured.
While anxiety is a challenge, sometimes it is good to live through it. Anxiety helps a person to stay focused and alert, and act as motivation. However, if you are always experiencing anxiety and it starts taking over your life, it can damge relationships and other areas of your life. This is when you should consider the fact that you may have an anxiety disorder and seek anxiety or panic attack cures.
Anxiety or panic symptoms vary from person to person. While some will deal with severe panic attacks with no warning, others could just get panicky at the thought of something. While other people may deal with a life controlled by tension where they are concerned about absolutely everything. There is, however, one symptom that all sufferers have: constant or intense fear or worry about things that most people wouldn’t think twice about.
Feeling angry
* Having trouble with concentration
* Having feelings of apprehension
* Feeling restless
* Being jumpy
* Fear of the worst
* Looking for signs of a threat
* Feeling as if your mind has gone blank
In addition to these emotional panic symptoms, there are also physical symptoms that accompany a panic attack. Because there are so many, people often think these symptoms are caused by a medical illness. Some physical symptoms of panic attacks are:
* Heavy sweating
* Terrible headaches
* Heart pounding
* Nausea and /or dizziness
* Inability to sleep
* Urinating frequently and/or diarrhea
* Uncontrollable tremors or ticks
* Muscle tension
* Tired
* Shortness of breath
Most panic attacks max out within 10 minutes, and rarely last more than 30 minutes. This may not seem like a long time, but it does to the person living through the attack. The anxiety experienced during the attacks can be so intense that there is a persistent feeling of impending death. The physical symptoms can be so horrible that a lot of people believe they are experiencing a cardiac arrest.
If you are having any of these anxiety symptoms in a group, or alone, and there does not seem to be a valid reason for them, it will be helpful to seek the advice of a health care professional. There are panic attack cures to help eliminate the symptoms and possibly take away the attacks completely.
